أقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

الموافقة على إبرام اتفاقية إطارية (اتفاقية تمويل بصيغة البيع لأجل) الموقعة بتاريخ 9/3/2018 بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية ممثلة بمجلس الإنماء والإعمار والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية بشأن مرحلة اقتناء المعدات الطبية والإشراف على الشراء والتركيب ضمن مشروع دعم القطاع الصحي في الجمهورية اللبنانية.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
