أقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

أعطيت الموافقة على إبرام اتفاقية استصناع المرفقة ربطاً والموقعة بتاريخ 29/1/2018 بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية ممثلة بمجلس الإنماء والإعمار والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية لتمويل مشروع تطوير وتوسعة مرفأ طرابلس.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
