وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

الموافقة على إبرام اتفاقية وكالة (بيع لأجل) الموقعة بتاريخ 9/3/2018 بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية ممثلة بمجلس الإنماء والإعمار والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية بشأن مرحلة اقتناء المعدات الطبية وغير الطبية والإشراف على الشراء والتركيب ضمن مشروع دعم القطاع الصحي في الجمهورية اللبنانية.

المادة 2
