­ اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق التعاون في مجال التعليم العالي والعلوم بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية أرمينيا الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 16/09/1998 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2:

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره فى الجريدة الرسمية.
