اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية القرض المرفقة والموقعة

بين الجمهورية اللبنانية وصندوق اوبيك للانماء الدولي

الموقعة بتاريخ 02/13/1993 للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع

بناء وتجهيز مستشفى عام في حلبا واخر في الهرمل.
