وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة اللبنانية ابرام الاتفاقية بينها وبين حكومة جمهورية روسيا الاتحادية حول التعاون في مجالات الثقافة والعلوم والتعليم والتأهيل التقني, الموقعة في موسكو بتاريخ السابع من نيسان 1997 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
