مادة 1: اجبز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاقية المسماة: "اتفاق للتبادل التجاري والتعاون الاقتصادي والفني بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة دولة قطر" الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 16/08/2000, والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2
