مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة الانضمام الى الاتفاقية الدولية لتفادي تلويث مياه البحر بالمحروقات السائلة المعقودة في لندن بتاريخ 2/11/1973 والى البروتوكول الخاص بهذه الاتفاقية المعقودة في لندن بتاريخ 17/2/1978 .
