مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاقية الخاصة بتحويل منظمة الامم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية من جهاز فرعي الى وكالة متخصصة, التي تم تحويلها بموجب القرار الصادر عن الجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة رقم 3362 (S - VII) تاريخ 16/9/1975 .
