مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة الانضمام إلى الاتفاقية الدولية المعدلة للنظام المنسق لتصنيف وتبويب السلع الموضوعة في بروكسل بتاريخ 14 حزيران 1983 والمرفقة ربطا.
