وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية القرض المرفقة ربطا والموقعة بتاريخ 6/9/1995 بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والبنك الدولي للانشاء والتعمير بقيمة عشرين مليون دولار اميركي لتمويل مشروع برنامج اعادة التأهيل الاداري.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
