وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة إبرام اتفاقية قرض بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع البرنامج الطارىء لجر المياه إلى جنوب لبنان, الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 10/7/2002 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
