وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية بلغاريا حول اعادة قبول الاشخاص المقيمين بصورة غير شرعية, الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 5/8/2002 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
