المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية

وحكومة جمهورية بيلاروسيا حول التعاون العسكري الفني,

الموقع في بيلاروسيا بتاريخ 8/7/2004 والمرفق ربطا.
