المادة 1

مادة 1: أجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق التعاون العلمي بين المجلس الوطني للبحوث العلمية في لبنان والاكاديمية الوطنية للعلوم في بيلاروسيا, الموقع في مينسك ـ بيلاروسيا بتاريخ 7/7/ 2004 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
