وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: أجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية قرض بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية والصندوق العربي للانماء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع طريق سير الضنية-جباب الحمر-الهرمل (قرض ثان)، الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 4/2/2009 والمرفقة ربطا.
