أقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة إبرام اتفاقية تمويل بقيمة /4/ ملايين دولار أميركي بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والصندوق الدولي للتنمية الزراعية لمشروع التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في مناطق التلال (HASAD)، الموقعة في روما بتاريخ 17/6/2010 والمرفقة ربطاً.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
