بناء على المروسم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

بناء على نظام الاثار الصادر بموجب القرار

رقم 166/ل.ر تاريخ 07/11/1933

بناء على القرار رقم 9 تاريخ 27/02/1997

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: - يسحب العقار رقم /267/ من منطقة حارة صخر العقارية من لائحة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية المحددة بالقرار رقم 9 تاريخ 27/02/1997 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: - ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و 25 و 50 من قانون الآثار المنوه عنه اعلاه.
