ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على القانون رقم 42/87 لا سيما المادتين

الثالثة والرابعة عشرة منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 6871 تاريخ 17/01/1998

القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 1998,

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشريكتين في "شركة

جوانا حنا مارون وشريكتها للصيرفة" المنعقد

بتاريخ 21/07/1998,

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية المبلغ من مصرف

لبنان بتاريخ 28/07/1998 الذي تطلب بموجبه شطب

اسمها عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة جوانا حنا مارون وشريكتها للصيرفة", المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 399

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
