بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على قرار محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 82/إ تاريخ

29/02/2000 القاضي بقبول استقالة تسعة اعضاء

من مجلس بلدية الجديدة- البوشرية- السد في قضاء

وبناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 (قانون

البلديات),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الجديدة­ البوشرية­ السد في قضاء المتن ­ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام المتن اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
