مادة 1: تمدد المهلة المعطاة لاصحاب المدارس الخاصة الابتدائية المجانية لتقديم البيانات الاحصائية الوارد ذكرها في المادة الخامسة من المرسوم رقم 5110 تاريخ 25/7/1966 حتى انتهاء الدوام الرسمي من نهار الاثنين الواقع في 21/12/1970 .
