المادة 1

مادة 1: تعلق جميع قرارات تحديد مواقيت العمل والفتح والاقفال في الاعمال والمهن الواحدة والمتشابهة الصادرة عن الوزارة اعتبارا من تاريخ 18/12/1972 وحتى تاريخ 5/1/1972 ضمنا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى أحكام قرارات الفتح والاقفال سارية المفعول خلال اليومين التاليين عيد الميلاد- يوم الاثنين في 25/12/1972 عيد رأس السنة الميلادية- يوم الاثنين في 1/1/1973.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل ملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
