المواد

المادة 1

كل سيارة شحن يزيد وزنها الاجمالي على 8000 كيلوغرام, يجب ان تكون مجهزة بآلة لتضخيم الصوت تتيح للسائق سماع تنبيهات سالكي الطريق الذين يريدون تجاوزه, وان تكون هذه الالة بحالة صالحة دائما للعمل او بجهاز لاقط ومكبر للصوت Emetteur et Recepteur

المادة 2

(عدلت بموجب قرار 379 / 1973 ) (عدلت بموجب قرار 8 / 1973 )

تطبق احكام هذا القرار على السيارات الجديدة المقدمة للتسجيل لاول مرة اعتبارا من 1/1/1975
