المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل تعريفة الجمارك وفقا للجدول الملحق بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يطبق هذا القرار وفقا للمواد 13 و14 و16 من قانون الجمارك على البضائع التي زيدت عليها الرسوم الجمركية واعتبارا من 28 اذار 1953 على البضائع التي خفضت عنها الرسوم الجمركية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
