المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا صيد الاسفنج على اختلاف انواعه لمدة سنتين ابتداء من تاريخه وذلك للاسباب المبينة اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يمنع اقتناء واستعمال كافة اجهزة الفظس الثابتة او النقالة في المراكب والزوارق البحرية خلال المدة المذكورة بالمادة الاولى من هذا القرار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تطبق بحق المخالفين القوانين المرعية الاجراء.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
