ان شركة Internationale Nederlanden Bank N.V المسجلة بتاريخ 2/11/1994 تحت رقم 965 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/3/1996 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 901/أ.ت. بانه على اثر تعديل اسم المصرف في هولندا يتقدم المصرف المذكور اعلاه بطلب تعديل الاسم امام السلطات المختصة في لبنان بحيث يصبح: أي.ان.جي. بنك ن.ف. ING Bank N.V واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
