مادة 1: يستوفى رسم ايداع لآلات التكييس على الارصفة في مرفأ بيروت على النحو التالي: 3 (ثلاث ) ليرات لبنانية بالمتر المربع وفي اليوم او كسره في حال تشغيل هذه الآلات ويخفض هذا الرسم بنسبة 50 % في حال عدم تشغيل هذه الآلات .
