المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد دوام العمل لتجار سوق بعلبك من الساعة السادسة صباحا وحتى الساعة العاشرة ليلا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يستثنى من هذه المادة الاولى اعلاه كل من اصحاب الصيدليات المطاعم المقاهي -- الافران وتجار الخضار والفاكهة - دور السينما والمحلات التي تستحصل على اذن خاص بهذا الخصوص .

المادة 3

مادة 3: تكلف قوى الامن والشرطة البلدية تنفيذ مضمون هذا القرار.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره.
