مادة 1: ان بيوت البغاء خاضعة لدفع رسم سنوي عين حده الاقصى كما يلي: بيت من الدرجة الاولى 60 ليرة سورية بيت من الدرجة الثانية 30 ليرة لبنانية بيت من الدرجة الثالثة 15 ليرة لبنانية
