المادة 1

مادة 1: ان تعويض الغلاء المنصوص عليه للرواتب في رقم 776 جعل بمعدل 5,9 اعشار الى ان يصدر امر اخر. وهذا التعويض يخفض الى 8 اعشار للقسم الذي يزيد عن 100 ليرة الرواتب في كل شبهر

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان التعويض المذكور يطبق ايضا على تعويض الوظائف والاعانات والمخصصات على اختلاف انواعها وعلى نفقات الانتقال

مادة 3: على السكرتير العام وناظر المالية ان ينفذا - كل من اختص به احكام هذا الامر الذي يجب العمل بمقتضاه بلا ابطاء
