المادة 1

مادة 1: يمكن المعاون الثاني لقاضي صلح بيروت ان يعقد جلساته من الان فصاعدا في المحال المخصصة لبلدية بيروت

المادة 2

مادة 2: يقوم بتنفيذ احكام الجزاء النقدي التي يصدرها معاون القاضي الموما اليه في دعاوى المخالفات التي ترتكب خلافا للقرارات التي يتخذها حاكم مدينة بيروت الاداري, موظف خاص يتناول مرتبة من ميزانية البلدية وذلك طبقا لقوانين التنفيذ المعمول بها. ويقوم حاكم المدينة الاداري تجاه هذا الموظف بوظيفة رئيس دائرة الاجراء

مادة 3: على مدير العدلية وحاكم المدينة الاداري تنفيذ هذا القرار كل فيما اختص به
