مادة 1:

حددت المدة الواقعة بين اول تموز والخامس عشر من شهر شباط من كل عام موعدا لقبول طلبات استثمار الاحراج على انواعها.

المادة 2

(عدلت بموجب قرار 235 / 1953 )

مادة 2:

حددت المدة الواقعة بين الخامس عشر من شهر ايلول والخامس عشر من شهر نيسان من كل عام موعدا لمباشرة اعمال استثمار الاحراج والانتهاء منها باستثناء حرق المشاحر.
