المادة 1

مادة 1: ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا القرار يحظر موقتا تصدير الحبوب (القمح والشعير والشوفان) وما يستخرج منها (النخالة والطحين) الى خارج حدود دول سوريا ولبنان الكبير وجبل الدروز كما تحظر اعادة تصديرها الى خارج الحدود المذكورة

المادة 2

مادة 2: يمكن المفوضية العليا ان ترخص في تصدير المواد المذكورة واعادة تصديرها بناء على طلب خاص بعد ان تنظر في الاسباب الداعية الى ذلك

المادة 3

مادة 3: على السكرتير العام والمندوبين لدى الدول ومفتش الجمارك العام ان ينفذوا هذا القرار كل في ما خص به
