المادة 1

مادة 1: انشئت مصلحة مختصة بتبادل الرسائل والعلب ذات القيمة المصرح بها, بين دوائر سوريا ولبنان الكبير من جهة, ومدينة دانتزيك الحرة من جهة اخرى

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان الحد الاقصى للمبلغ الذي يصرح بقيمته لا يجوز ان تزيد عن خمسة الاف فرنك ذهبا اي ثمانية وخمسا وعشرين ليرة لبنانية سورية

مادة 3: على السكرتير العام والمفتش العام للبريد والتلغراف في سورية ولبنان الكبير ورئيس اتحاد دول سوريا وحاكم لبنان الكبير ان ينفذوا هذا القرار الذي يعمل به حالا
