مادة 1: تعديلا للمادة الثانية من القرار رقم S/69 قد جعل عدد القضاة الفرنسويين الملازمين في محكمة بيروت البدائية خمسة

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجوز ان ينتدب كل قاض موقتا وبحسب مقتضيات الخدمة لمركز قضائي غير المركز المعين في القرار الصادر بتعيينه ويجري حاكم دولة لبنان الكبير هذا الانتداب بناء على اقتراح ناظر العدلية بعد استماع رأي المدعي العام لدى محكمة التمييز

مادة 3: على السكرتير العام وحاكم دولة لبنان الكبير ان ينفذ هذا القرار كل فيما خص به
