ان مدير عام مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10232 تاريخ 09/05/1997,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10479 تاريخ 20/07/1968

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يفوض بعض مرؤوسيه بالصلاحيات المحددة في الجدول المرفق بهذا القرار, ويمارس كل منهم الصلاحيات المفوضة اليه باسمه وعلى مسؤوليته الشخصية, ومع مراعاة الانظمة النافذة.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من اليوم الذي يلي نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
