مادة 1: ممنوع استيراد انواع البقر ولحومها الطريئة وجلودها الطريئة وذبلها من العراق الى سوريا

مادة 2: يرخص في ان تستورد من اراضي العراق الحيوانات والمواد غير التي ذكرت اعلاه يجب مع ذلك ان تكون الوبر والشعر والقرون قد غسلت بماء الكلس بنسبة 10 بالمئة وان تكون مرموقة بشهادة بيطرية تثبت ان هذه الاحتياطات قد اتخذت
