يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يعدل نوع المطافىء المحدد في المادة الاولى من القرار المشار اليه اعلاه بحيث يجاز استعمال مطافىء حريق من نوع جافة او مواد سائلة. - والباقي دون تعديل.

مادة 1: يضاف إلى نهاية المادة الأولى من القرار رقم 1/أد تاريخ 6/1/1995 كلمة "رغوية" بحيث تصبح كالآتي: يعدل نوع المطافئ المحدد في المادة الأولى من القرار المشار اليه اعلاه بحيث يجاز استعمال مطافئ حريق من نوع بودرة جافة أو مواد سائلة رغوية . ـ والباقي دون تعديل.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
