ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم الصادر بتاريخ 14 شباط سنة 1951 برقم 4242

بناء على المرسوم الصادر بتاريخ 12 ايلول سنة 1945 برقم

3874 الذي يتعلق بمعاينة الاثمار الحمضية التي يراد تصديرها

ومنع تصدير الاثمار غير الصالحة وخاصة المادة السابعة منه.

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: حدد موعد افتتاح تصدير ثمار الخوخ اعتبارا من اول حزيران سنة 1951

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
