المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يرخص في تصدير العدس والفول والحمص والبازيلا والفاصوليا بموجب اجازات تصدير شريطة التعهد بتقديم كامل قيمة الكميات المصدرة قطعا نادرا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى احكام هذا القرار سارية المفعول حتى مساء 30 حزيران سنة 1948 فيما اذا لم يصدر خلال هذه الفقرة قرار مخالف لما ذكر.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ان اجازات التصدير الممنوحة وفقا لهذا القرار والتي لم تنفذ جزءا او كلا تعتبر ملغاة حكما بعد تاريخ 30 حزيران سنة 948 المشار اليه في المادة الثانية. وكذلك كل عملية تصدير لهذه المواد لم تبرح بضاعتها الحدود اللبنانية - السورية.

المادة 4

مادة 4: يعمل بهذا القرار منذ صدوره ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
