مادة 1: عملا باحكام المادة 253 من قانون الجمارك, تستثنى من الاعفاء الجمركي المنصوص عنه في المادة 248 من هذا القانون, المواد الاتي بيانها لوجود ما يماثلها في الاسواق الداخلية: - المصنوعات الصوفية (شغل الصنارة) - الالبسة القطنية - الطباشير والالواح السوداء

مادة 5: تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 755, تاريخ 2 شباط سنة 1948, باستبدال عبارة "الالبسة القطنية" بعبارة "الالبسة القطنية باستنثاء الملابس المستعملة الورادة للمياتم والملاجىء ومؤسسات الاسعاف ".

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعوا الحاجة الى ذلك ويطبق اعتبارا من اول شباط سنة 1948.
