ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم الصادر بتاريخ 14 شباط سنة 1951 برقم 4242

بناء على المرسوم الصادر بتاريخ 12 ايلول سنة 945 برقم 3874

الذي يتعلق بمعاينة الاثمار التي يراد تصديرها ومنع تصدير

الاثمار غير الصالحة وخاصة المادة السابعة منه

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة

يقرر ما يلي:

مادة 1: حدد موعد افتتاح تصدير ثمار المشمش , اعتبارا من تاريخ 20 ايار سنة 1951

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
