بناء على القرار رقم 6871 تاريخ 17/01/1998

القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام

1998,

وبناء على احكام المادة 14 من القانون رقم

42/87 تاريخ 21/11/1987 معطوفة على الفقرتين

(ه) و (ز) من المادة 140 والفقرة (ه) من

المادة 208 من قانون النقد والتسليف,

وبناء على كتاب مصرف لبنان رقم 67/1 تاريخ

26/01/1998,

وبناء على كتاب لجنة الرقابة على المصارف

رقم 279/13 ب تاريخ 31/03/1998,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة فجر للصيرفة ش .م.ل." المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 76 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
