المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا وحتى اشعار اخر استيراد الخنازير الحية ولحومها الطازجة والمجلدة ومشتقاتها من جنمبون ومرتديللا وسوسيسون ... التي لم تخضع في مراحل تحضيرها الى الحرارة او التمليح او التدخين والتي لم يمض على تحضيرها اكثر من ستة اشهر, وذلك من سويسرا وايطاليا والبرتغال.

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 52/1 تاريخ 25/5/1983 بحيث يستثنى كل من سويسرا وايطاليا من المنع. والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجب ان تكون المشتقات المستوردة والمستوفية الشروط مصحوبة بشهادة صحية رسمية, تشير صراحة الى طريقة التحضير وتواريخ التصنيع والصلاحية مدونة على كل وحدة من هذه المنتجات .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة, ويعمل به فور صدوره
