ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على احكام قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادة

174 منه,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي المتخذ في جلسته

المنعقدة بتاريخ 29/05/1996

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى التعميم للمصارف رقم 925 تاريخ 19/01/1990

المادة 2

مادة 2: يمكن للمصارف قبول او دفع شيكات او اوامر دفع بشتى انواعها صادرة عن اي فرع من فروع مصرف لبنان لصالح اشخاص او مؤسسات عامة او خاصة شرط ان تكون هذه الشيكات او اوامر الدفع مسحوبة على المركز الرئيسي لمصرف لبنان.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
