ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف, لا سيما المادة 174 منه,

وبعد استشارة جمعية مصارف لبنان,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 22/06/1995

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يوضع موضع التنفيذ النظام المتعلق بالمصلحة المركزية للعملاء المتخلفين عن الايفاء.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار والنظام المرفق به في الجريدة الرسمية.
