وبناء على المادة 19 من نظام غرف المقاصة المنشاة

في مصرف لبنان الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بالقرار رقم

5267 تاريخ 21/10/1993

يقرر ما ياتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ابتداء من تاريخ 4/7/1994 يطبق نظام غرف المقاصة المنشاة في مصرف لبنان الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بالقرار رقم 5267 تاريخ 21/10/1993 وتعديلاته على غرفة المقاصة المنشاة في فرع طرابلس

المادة 2

مادة 2: ابتداء من تاريخ 4/7/1994 تلغى جميع احكام القرارات والانظمة وتعديلاتها المتعلقة بغرفة المقاصة المنشاة في طرابلس الصادرة قبل تاريخ العمل بهذا القرار وتستبدل بالنظام المذكور في المادة الاولى اعلاه وبتعديلاته

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية الرسمية ويعمل به ابتداء من تاريخ 4/7/1994
