مادة 2: يلغى النظام الملحق بالقرار رقم 649 تاريخ 31/05/1972 موضوع التعميم للمصارف رقم 108 تاريخ 31/05/1972

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور صدوره
