المادة 1

مادة 1: الغي القرار رقم 95 تاريخ 14 شباط 1967 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تحدد رسوم امتحانات الشهادات الرسمية المبينة ادناه على الوجه التالي: شهادة الدروس الابتدائية 5 خمس ليرات شهادة الدروس الابتدائية العالية 2/1 7 سبع ليرات ونصف عن كل دورة. شهادة البكالوريا للتعليم الثانوي القسم الاول 10 عشر ليرات عن كل دورة شهادة البكالوريا للتعليم الثانوي القسم الثاني 2/1 12 اثنتا عشرة ليرة ونصف عن كل دورة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تستوفي دائرة الامتحانات ودوائر التربية في المحافظات هذه الرسوم وتودعها "مصرف لبنان" باسم وزارة المال.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار بالجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
