مادة 1: يعدل نص الفقرة الثانية من المادة 4 من القرار رقم 452 تاريخ 20/9/1977 على النحو التالي: "تدقق اللوائح والبيانات قبل اعتمادها وتكتب عند التدقيق عبارة "غير مبرر" امام الاسم الذي لم ترد بصدده المعلومات المحددة" (الباقي دون تعديل).
